Comparison tourist attraction in Indonesia and the world

Here are tourist attractions that I try to compare with some tourist attraction in the world:

Raja Ampat Papua and Phi Phi Island, Thailand

Raja Ampat Archipelago is an archipelago that located in the west

ern province of Papua New Guineain. View of Raja Ampat Papua  similar to the Phi Phi Island in Thailand even more beautiful than Phi Phi Island that Phi Phi Island become location of The Beach movie, starring by Leonardo Di Caprio. Raja Ampat in Papua, we can see the islands are hilly green with fresh sea water.

Moramo Waterfall and  Niagara Waterfall

Moramo is beautiful waterfall seventh strativied that located in the Konawe East district, Southeast Sulawesi. Eventhough this waterfall is not as big as Niagara, but its beauty is not less than by Niagara Waterfall that located on the border of the United States and Canada. With waterfall Moramo smaller than Niagara, we can enjoy waterfalls Moramo closer and could bath in the waterfall while it can not be done in Niagara that the water is very swift.

Green Canyon Ciamis and Grand Canyon Amerika Serikat

Green Canyon or Cukang Taneuh  located in the Cijulang Ciamis village, West Java, close to Pangandaran. In Green Canyon we could see the river by green tosca water that pinched  by stone and leafiness of trees. In that place you will also see the river that penetrate the caves with beautiful stalactites and its stalagmite. Cijulang Natural rivers are considered similar with exotic ravines  in the Grand Canyon Colorado, UnitedStates, that make this area known as the "Green Canyon".  Although  Green Canyon is not as big as Grand Canyon United States, Green Canyon Cijulang is more 
green than the Grand Canyon in the United States that is dry and brown.

Carstensz Pyramid and Mount Everest

Carstensz Pyramid and Everest Mountain is part of Seven Summit in the seven continent of the world. Carstensz Pyramid is located in the province of Papua. If Everest Mountain is the highest summit in the world, Carstensz Pyramid is the highest summit in Indonesia. Both of summits are equally shrouded by eternal snow. The top of  Everest Mount is located in a Country Nepal by 8.850 high meters while the Carstensz Pyramyd, Snow Summit in Tropical Indonesia has a 4884 high  meters.

Taman Nasional Baluran and padang savannah Afrika

Baluran National Park is located in Situbondo district, East Java. Baluran National Park is often called as African of Java. Here you can see a miniature  of African Savanna with sprawling savanna and a lot of wildlife that roam like in Africa. You can see a group of deer and wild cattle among the grass. Here there are also monkeys and various bird species. A similar view of Baluran Mount with Kilimanjaro along a stretch of savanna and dry golden grass that adds to the impression that this area is really like Africa.
Taman Nasional Wasur and alam Australia

Wasur national park located in Merauke, Papua. Wasur national park has   habitat and wildlife similar with Australia, namely savannah forest with various kinds of kangaroos. In this National Park, there are different types of fauna and flora including there are Cassowary Bird, bird of Paradise, and the Kangaroos that has smaller size than kangaroos Australia. In National Park also has similar type of swamp in northern Australia.

Gumug Pasir Parangkusumo and gurun Sahara

Gumug Pasir Parangkusumo located in Yogyakarta. Gumuk Pasir are mounds that containg  sand material along Parangtritis-Parangkusumo Beach to reach estuary of Opak River . This is an unique phenomenon because only the one in Southeast Asia we can see the desert like in the Sahara desert. Although this mound of sand is not as large as Sahara desert, but this make us as if we were in the Sahara Desert. Sometimes Gumug Parangkusumo are also known as the Sahara in Java.
Hutan Kalimantan and hutan Amazon

Forest in Kalimantan there is in Kalimantan Island. Kalimantan forest has a tropical rain forest with some of the flora and fauna that are similar to the Amazon jungle. Examples are Pesut, anaconda snake, and some animals are endangered species that are only exist in Kalimantan and the Amazon. 

Wildlife and forests in the Amazon forest is not too different from Kalimantan Forest. Damp,muddy, swampy, and there are several small lakes that are rich by the life of a typical wet land. In Kalimantan, also found the same kinds of  plant with endemic plants in the Amazon. The rivers in Kalimantan, which is similar to the Amazon River increase resemblance between Kalimantan and the Amazon forest.
Pantai Kuta Bali and Pantai Waikiki Hawaii

Bali kept so many  exotic natural charm. So many beautiful  beaches that equalized with beautiful beaches in the Hawaii Island. Examples are Kuta beach that are almost similar to the Waikiki, the most important the beach is crowded especially with white sand and palm trees that grow on the beach. Kuta beach is a tourist attraction that located in Badung District , South of Denpasar, Bali. Kuta beach are often referred to as Sunset Beach or the beach sunset as opposed to Sanur beach.

Taman Sakura Cibodas and Sakura Jepang

You don’t need to go to Japan so far but obviously  to enjoy the beauty of Sakura at the Botanic GardenCibodas, we can see that Sakura trees have been planted since 1953 that will bloom in about the month January to February or from February to March. At the Botanic Garden Cibodas has been planted hundreds of trees  Sakura with 7 types of plants that Prunus cerasoides , Prunus yedoensis,  Prunus yamasakura , Prunus lannesiana, Prunus sp., Prunus arborea, and Prunus costata. Now we can enjoy the 'hanami' (the tradition to see the flower) without having to go to Japan to see the Sakura bloom in Cibodas.
Ranu Kumbolo and hutan pinus Eropa

Ranu Kumbolo located in East Java, a lake in the Semeru mountain with an altitude of 2500 meters above surface of sea. Not far from  Kumbolo Ranu there are meadows that  surrounded by hills and mountains with beautiful views, wide prairies with pine-covered slopes as in Europe. When the temperature is below 0 ° C, sometimes happened the little snow. If the temperature is very cold at the lake side of danau ranukumbolo could freezed, and also the grass looked whiten like snow  because dew that frozen on the grass which makes the atmosphere like in Europe. Note the photo of  Ranu Kumbolo glance similar to the photo Lake Seefeld, Austria in Europe.
Way kambas and Hutan India

Way Kambas Sumatra has a similar wildlife  with wildlife   in India forest  such as elephants, tigers, rhinos and some other animals. Way Kambas National Park  is located in Lampung province. Way Kambas consists of freshwater swamp forests, grasslands/bush, and coastal forests in Sumatra. On the Way Kambas there is elephant ride tour there so we could feel the sensation like the kings of India who all egedly traveled with elephant ride.
There are many tourist attractions in Indonesia that are not listed here. Indonesia should be proud of the nation's natural resources in Indonesia. All are available in Indonesia.
